Ayurvedic massage and treatments

My massage journey started in India 20 years ago and I have always felt love for the Ayurvedic way of life . Ayurvedic medicine is the route of all massage treatments and literally translates as ‘life knowledge’. Ayurveda is about wellness all through our lives and not just when we pull a muscle or hurt ourselves. As part of an Ayurvedic lifestyle, daily meditation, pramayama and eating from the 6 food groups is encouraged. Taking time for the seasons and enjoying lifes moments.
